WE WOULD LIKE TO INVITE YOUR ORGANIZATION TO BE A PART OF BOERNE’S LARGEST SUMMER CAMP EXPO! WE WILL BE PARTNERING WITH ORGANIZATIONS ALL ACROSS THE HILL COUNTRY TO PROVIDE FAMILIES WITH ALL THE INFORMATION THEY NEED FOR THE PERFECT SUMMER OF 2024!!

THE EVENT WILL BE FREE TO THE PUBLIC AND ADVERTISED WIDELY ACROSS THE HILL COUNTRY.

Vendor information:

Please arrive promptly at 1pm to set up. Doors open at 2pm!

*TABLES/Linens ARE NOT PROVIDED* You can add these items to your order below.

2 chairs will be provided for your booth.

Please bring everything you need for your set up: Six foot table, table cloth, promotional items, extension cord etc. The event is rain or shine!

*There is space for 2 Six foot tables in the TV Spots, Corner Spots and Expanded Indoor Space
